OUR NEW OPEN PURCHASING HOURS

Clothing is accepted Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 4:00pm to 7:30pm

You do not need an appointment during these open purchasing hours. Sellers will be taken on a first come, first served basis. All purchasing rules below apply. Open purchasing is done on the 1st floor (near the front desk) of The Garment District, 200 Broadway, Cambrige, MA 02139.

Our location: 200 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139. On street meter parking is available on Broadway in front of the store.

Special note: Please be aware that the purchasing department is located on the 3rd floor of the Garment District. We regret that there is not enough staff to help sellers with their clothing. The seller is responsible for carrying all items to the 3rd floor. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule it. Thanks!

ITEMS ACCEPTED:	Items accepted include: Men's Clothing (last 3 years) Women's Clothing and handbags (last 3 years) Men's and Women's 1960's, 1970's, 1980's and 1990's clothing, hats & purses Men's and Women's vintage clothing, hats, ties & purses (prior to 1959) Men's and Women's Shoes and Boots Local designers NOTE! We do NOT accept: children's clothing, fur, college & non-label t-shirts & sweatshirts, contemporary ties, belts, wedding gowns, costumes, jewelry, gloves & maternity wear. No more than 25 items for a 30 minute appointment, with a minimum of 6 saleable items.
CONDITION:	All pieces must be in good condition. No stained or damaged merchandise will be accepted.
PRICING:	The selling price of all items will be determined by The Garment District.
COMMISSION:	Your payment will be either 35% of the determined price in cash, or 50% in store credit, paid at the time of your appointment.
PAYMENTS:	We will pay you in cash or gift card at the time of your appointment.
