R e t u r n_ P o l i c y

The Garment District has a no return policy. We do not accept returns unless there are unusal circumstances which are looked at on a case by case basis. This policy does not mean that we are not willing to solve problems that might arise from ordering online. We are happy to discuss your particular case with you at service@garmentdistrict.com or by phone at 617-876-5230 x 225. (We are generally available by phone Monday through Friday from approximately 11AM - 7PM Eastern Standard Time in the USA)

Some important things to consider before asking for a return authorization:

The Garment District will accept returns for product(s) damaged in transit.

The Garment District will accept returns for mistakes we may make during the order process.

If the item you have received is unsatsifatory in some way we only consider returns when the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

Returns can be for store credit or a charge card credit (to the card originally used).

Returns must be packed and sealed securely (in original package, if possible). Please note the reason for return.
