The Cancer Conspiracy 'Self'
CD
No,
the Cancer Conspiracy is not looking for a singer. Their debut e.p.
will show you why. A story told through drums, bass, and guitar, this
trio winds its way through three tracks that have raised eyebrows
with the sounds of 70's prog revival, mixed with the sincerity of
independent rock. Seeing them play live is an intensely real, direct
experience, as listeners witness the room go from the depression of
quiet guitar melodies to the confusion of washed out, chaotic feedback
- finally coming together with rock parts that even indie kids will
want to dance to. |

Carrigan 'Self'
CD
Carrigan finally have finished recording their debut full length,
which is six songs and about 35 minutes long. They ran around Vermont
with a digital 16-track recording in several different locations,
and the result is an ambient, richly textured album that claims its
own territory in the realm of instrumental songwriting.
